We are looking for a referral for a WOMAN WHO HAD PREGNANCY COMPLICATIONS DURING CHILDBIRTH OR AFTER DUE TO SMOKING. This can include premature birth, newborn with asthma, newborn addicted to nicotene or any other diagnosable health issue. And must life in the state of Florida*** For those referring, we will pay a $500 referral fee for referal that meets the criteria above, regardless if they book the job or not.
